Travel Brazil With Holiday Inn Express
Fans of Holiday Inn Express now have a new option to travel Brazil, thanks to the opening of the new 7 story Holiday Inn Express Rio Branco. This new property will offer 110 guestrooms, a fitness center, four meeting rooms, a business center, an indoor pool and lots of guest parking. Intercontinental Hotels Group, the owner of Holiday Inn Express, has targeted November 2013 as the opening date for the new property in the city of Rio Branco.
The new property is another step in IHG's strategy to expand within Brazil, as the company has identified Brazil as one of the key growth markets as a travel and leisure hotspot for years to come. Interestingly, IHG actually got its start in Brazil back in 1946, with the first company hotel opening in Belem Brazil in 1946.
